  No customer support on fixing the gate opener he installed. Our keypad failed and he told us to contact the manufacturer of the keypad. The manufacturer told us the contractor had to coordinate getting the replacement board. At this point he will not even return our phone calls. I would not recommend Williams Custom Iron.
