  We couldn’t be happier!—Interior Trends Remodel & Design did an excellent job! I was very impressed with The Kathys. Kathy Nieto was very good at explaining the process, and could not have been more accommodating. Kathy Lyle really listened to what we wanted and the results absolutely met our expectations. The Kathys’ proposal came in on budget AND on time. Throughout the project, the subcontractors were professional, unobtrusive, and kept the construction areas clean.   Interior Trends Remodel & Design (ITRD)remodeled our mid-century house and we are ecstatic! Not only was the remodel fabulous, but so was the process.
  
  This was a large project, which involved, every room in our 3,000 sq.ft. house. Some areas more than others. The kitchen, activities room and new master bedroom and bathroom required the most work.
  
  From the beginning ITRD impressed us with their attention to communication, creativity, thoroughness, and follow-up. We interviewed 4 companies before starting this project.
  
  ITRD was the ONLY company who, after looking at our home, listening to our list of "wants" to provide us with a comprehensive proposal for the project, to include finishes, schematics, and itemized cost list, for us to review -- without an upfront cost to us!
  
  The renovation process was a painless as possible and together we navigated the surprises that renovation brings. The artisans/tradesmen that ITRD employs are fantastic, knowledgable, pleasant, considerate.
  
  Thank you , Kathy Lyle, Kathy Nieto, Nick, Carrie and all the wonderful employees/contractors who helped us. We have the home of our dreams!
