  The lady on the phone was very nice and I wanted to do business with the company. The reason I am giving this a one star is plain and simple. Their website and brochure states that they serve ALL of Arizona. When I called, they said they DO NOT build houses in Vernon, Az. A company should NEVER give false advertisement. Very dissappointed
