  I've lived here for almost 2 years and the old management PEM was really helpful and attentive, I did not have a single problem with them. However, as soon as HSL Properties took over I've had nothing but issue after issue. For starters, the apartments look nothing like their models that they show you when touring the place, all appliances are so out out of date, everything needs to be replaced, there were holes in the walls before i even moved in and paint splatters all over the vinyl flooring. Every single door in my apartment doesn't close/lock correctly and I've got so many other complaints. I've brought all of my complaints to the attention of the office staff but little to nothing has been done about it. If God forbid you have an emergency, maintence will take about a week to get around to it. For all non-emergency things that involve maintenance, you'll be lucky to see them within the next month or so. They have a serious roach problem here especially on the bottom level of the apartments, which are more like basement apartments. It took these people a month to put me on the list to spray for roaches even though I went in to the office more than 3 times for this problem, no one felt the need to do their job the first time I brought it to their attention. Noise complaints are not taken seriously whatsoever, so if you have noisy neighbors good luck getting any sleep around here because the staff will do absolutely nothing. The office staff have a lot of potential to be kind and helpful but they rather be disrespectful and blow you off, be lazy, go to work and do as least as possible and talk down to you as if you're a child. My advice to anyone who is looking or even toured the place, don't waste your money or time. All staff members of The Enclave at the Foothills really make HSL Properties look bad.

  I lived there for 2 1/2 years loved it. Great place it's near the stores great walking to an back from the stores. Until the new Management took over. Then it became like a prison . Every month they came up with something to charge u for them give u No notice of renewing the lease. Gives u two days to move. Never will I tell anyone to live there. The new managements r nothing but scammers. Glad I'm not living there anymore.
